Today marks our 5th Wedding Anniversary. My husband and I planned to dine out but we have relatives (Typhoon Washi flood victims) who are staying with us so we thought it wasn’t a nice idea to eat out while we leave them at home. Instead, hubby bought a simple Jollibee meal and a small cake for everyone. It was a simple anniversary celebration but it was full of joy because everyone celebrated with us. My little cousins prayed over us and they prayed that God will give us a baby. (*wink*).
After the dinner, my husband and I prayed, thanking God for all the blessings he bestowed on our marriage. As I try to recall all the significant things that have happened in my marriage, I couldn’t help but be thankful to a God who blesses my marriage with lots of love.
