My cousin Lalaine of Bakerwannabe.com posted a Butter Cream Cupcake recipe on her blog. I find the recipe so easy so I tried it. I baked these cupcakes as samples for our baking activity in school. I also copied my cousin’s icing recipe. To make sure how it was done, I watched a video on YouTube and the instructions were very easy to follow.
My students enjoyed our baking activity. The fun part was on decorating their cupcakes. After they put icings on it, they immediately ate it and said it was yum.
